The group was founded in September 1998 by Peter Webster. If you are interested in Road Safety and improving your driving or riding skills then you have come to the right place.

We are a group based in Middlesbrough but we cover a much wider area taking in parts of North Yorkshire and South Durham. All of our observers are volunteers who share a passion for improving not only their own but also helping other people improve their driving Riding skills to a level which will allow them to take and pass the RoSPA Advanced Test.

The group meets regularly at 7pm on the first Monday of the month at:
